The ISMA-WyngTjun system consists in a fast and efficient defense, not requiring any physical force. The courses include exercises for muscular relaxation and reactivation, two other assets of female practitioners. Women will therefore discover ISMA-WyngTjun to their advantage. Fitness, stress evacuation, self-affirmation and fun are also part of ISMA-WyngTjun training.
A female ISMA-WyngTjun practitioner will recognize the signs of danger in order to prevent herself from actually using the acquired techniques, however, in case of necessity, she'll also be able to defend herself !
